- You purchased the wrong edition.
- You are unable to open or access the files due to lack of appropriate software or device compatibility.
To help you make informed decisions, we provide free sample chapters with most of our manual solutions. We strongly recommend reviewing these samples before completing a purchase.

If a file is damaged or corrupted, we will:

- Issue a refund, but only if the issue is proven to be from our side.
